5.3 Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oshen Elevators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All intellectual property rights related to Oshen Elevators’ services, software, and materials belong to Oshen Elevators.

6.2 Unauthorized use of Oshen Elevators’ intellectual property is prohibited.
